Untitled Document COURTESY COPIES OF OPINIONS

Effective March 5, 2012, the court will discontinue its practice of sending courtesy copies of opinions to attorneys and judges via U.S. mail. Courtesy copies will be emailed after that date. Counsel are reminded that pursuant to Loc.R. 11(A) and 13(A), email addresses are to be included on all briefs, motions, and memoranda filed with the court.
