The court's central office in Middletown will be closed on Monday, November 11, in observation of Veterns Day.
The court will also be closed on Friday, November 28, the day after Thanksgiving in observance of the Columbus Day holiday.
The clerk of courts offices in the Twelfth District may or may not be open on November 28 depending upon whether those counties observe the Columbus Day holiday on the day after Thanksgiving.
Questions regarding the holiday hours of the clerks' offices should be directed to the individual clerk of each county within the Twelfth District.
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO LOCAL RULES OF COURT
The court has drafted proposed amendments to its local rules of procedure. See the Rules Section for the proposed amendments to the court's local rules.
The court will accept public comments on the proposed amendments until December 30, 2013. Comments may be sent to the Court's central office in Middletown, Ohio, by reular meail or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
