Oral Argument Dates
|
|
| Cases
in the Twelfth District Court of Appeals may be
scheduled for oral argument on the court's
calendar. The court normally schedules arguments
on the first, second and third Mondays and
Tuesdays of each month unless one of those days
falls on a legal holiday or a date when the court
is not in session. Oral
argument must be requested by a party;
although the court, if it so desires, may require
argument in any case. In cases where oral
argument has been requested, counsel will be
advised of their court date by letter. Arguments
begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. Unless otherwise
notified, all arguments are held at the court's central
offices in
Middletown, Ohio. Cases not scheduled for oral
argument are submitted to the court throughout
the month. |
